From Within Live provides:

You understand and agree that message delivery frequency is not guaranteed and may vary significantly during our development phase. We may skip days or be inconsistent with message delivery while improving our systems.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of our service being under active development, we may not be able to provide refunds for periods during which services are not fully operational. Any refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
